Simply stated – we’re avid tea drinkers reviewing teas for your benefit online, therefore you can get the full scoop before you decide to buy any particular tea product.
Why Do We Bother To Review Teas?
Tea is one of the oldest drinks known to mankind and also one of the healthiest carrying immense health benefits with every cup. It’s intertwined in practically every culture and has a vast history. Tea had a magnificent impact on developing of many cultures, traditions, rituals and even teachings.
Due to climate, cultivation and packaging methods, the quality of tea varies greatly throughout the world. As you can imagine there are THOUSANDS of people trying to take advantage of this by flooding the marketplace with sub-standard teas of poor quality.
As a widely recognized group of tea enthusiasts, experts and connoisseurs we’ve decided to create an online advisory to help you make the best purchases possible when it comes to your tea.
Using proper reviewing procedures, different steeping methods and our plethora of insight into tea covering everything from how it should be brewed to even the subtleties that 99% of personal review sites out there miss. We make sure to cover it all for you.
All of our reviews are written objectively as to help inform you of a particular tea, but not to convince you to buy it or try it. Why Did We Start This Blog?
After many morning discussions indulging in our favorite beverage we finally came to the conclusion that we wanted to start a project, which would not only be a helpful online resource, but rather a healthy contribution to an ever-evolving and changing society.
Our hope is that through the reviews we provide you with on this site you too will be able to facilitate your journey to achieving a healthy, prosperous and stable mind, body and soul. You will enjoy and appreciate this blessed, timeless drink that is known to mankind for centuries, included in many rituals and traditions. We believe that the knowledge of traditional tea cultures is very beneficial to the modern society.
Why Trust Us?
The main reason why you should trust us is because we have the expertise, knowledge and experience to explicitly know exactly what we taste. In the tea industry it’s called “cupping”. As a general rule, we do not prejudice the tea by first impression. While tasting, we put aside all external factors; we only focus on the tea and follow the tea tasting procedure.
If you’ve tried to find tea reviews online then you know how difficult it can be to come across something which IS NOT completely made up or reflected upon external factors of the reviewer.
A lot of reviewers out there do assessment based on their preferences and expectation, sometimes even their moods and personal feelings at the moment, which may not be supported by you. Often they forget what it takes to cultivate, grow, harvest, process tea that distributes on the market and how many people are involved, whose livelihood is tea.
We find it outrageous to make up an indecent, irrelevant review for instance about orange scented tea simply because the reviewer dislikes oranges.
Our approach is opposite; we review teas being in a peaceful state of mind. We assess the main quality attributes of tea: flavor, aroma, taste, color and strengths of the liquor. When it comes down to scented blends or flavored teas, we evaluate teas and giving flavor. We’ll let you know if the flavor is natural and how well it performs in the reviewing blend.
This is NOT the way that we function
Our reviews are written off our experiences using the particular product. Our goal is to inform and provide you with a genuine user review of the specific tea.
Although we review all flavors and types of tea, we don’t do reviews of anything other then loose leaf tea and tea accessories, so any other hot beverages are disqualified – we stick to what we know.
You can rest assured that our reviews are accurate, honest and objective and we’re willing to put our reputation on the line for it! All of our reviews are instantly sent out to our ever-growing social community of over 20,000 members.

We write simple to the point reviews which make sense and are detailed enough to give you sufficient insight before you decide whether or not to make a purchase.
